We provide express shipping to over 30 countries from our warehouse in Dubai. We've partnered with Aramex and DHL to provide the best service and detailed tracking to our customers

Please also note that the shipping rates we charge are based on the destination country. We offer free shipping on order over a certain threshold. For more information please see the detailed Delivery Timelines page

When you place an order, we will provide the shipping charge and delivery dates on the checkout page.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay the return fees. If the return is due to a change of mind, we will charge a return delivery fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your return.

Returns in a Kashkha store

If you're based in UAE, you can also return your items at your nearest Kashkha store. Please reach out to our customer care and we'll have happy to help you with the steps.
